The Klaviyo integration allows you to have a alternative to work with your e-mail marketing.
All you need to do is connect your API Keys to CartX and the rest of the configurations are made directly by Klaviyo.
Finding Public and Private Key on Klaviyo
Before you start the integration on CartX Panel you must have the Public Key and Private Key from Klaviyo in hands. For this, access this link.
If you don't have a Private Key, click on Create API Key. In Label you can choose a name to differentiate from the others, in case, we chose to set as CartX.
Connecting CartX to Klaviyo
With this information, it's time to make the connection between both. Click here to access Klaviyo app on CartX.
First, put the keys you copy to corresponding fields.
After this, you have to choose if you like your clients to register to receive e-mail marketing on Klaviyo list. Attention: you have to mark the last option to integration work perfectly. Then, you just need to click in Connect.
Klaviyo and CartX are connected! Now, every client who abandoned a cart or made a order in your store, will enter in Profiles, in Klaviyo.
Now, you have to create Flows that attend to your needs, like abandoned cart recuperation.
Connecting Klaviyo to CartX
To finalize the integration, access https://www.klaviyo.com/wizard/web-tracking](https://www.klaviyo.com/wizard/web-tracking) and add the domain from your CartX Store, for example https://demonstracao-lift.oncartx.io/
This procedure is necessary so that all metrics are registered correctly.
How to create a Abandoned Cart Flow on Klaviyo
When you go to create a flow on Klaviyo, you have to attempt of selected type. At the time you start to create your funnel, chose "Abandoned Cart Reminder Standard" with the gear icon.
