How to use CartPanda checkout in Shopify with Private Apps

Some data migration features from Shopify to CartX require specific accesses so that informations can be shared automatically and securely .

In this article we will explain exactly how to configure this Private App.

Creating a Private App

Go to your Shopify store (your-store.myshopify.com/admin)
Navigate to Apps on the left side menu and click Manage private apps at the bottom

Then click Create new private app
Private app name: use for example CartX
Emergency developer email: use your own email
Then, ensure that these eight options have Read and write , as in the image below:

To finish, just click Save and then Understand, create the app
After saving, your API Key and Password will be available . They will be used to migrate the necessary information to CartX.
