Customize your Checkout

CartX offers several native features free of charge that allow changes directly to your checkout, suiting more for your store and allowing you to increase your conversion.

Checkout Design


Accessing the checkout customization through the administrative panel, the first option available is to edit the checkout page.

Clicking on this button will take you to the theme editor to continue editing the checkout. It is possible to add a logo, background and change all the colors of your checkout.

Credit Card Exclusive Discount


There is the possibility to grant a 5% discount to a credit card payment.


This discount can be fully customizable, from the desired value to the text and background colors.

Whatsapp Button


Through CartX, you can add a WhatsApp button directly to your "Thank you" page.


Just activate it in Admin> Checkout. Then, the button below will appear to your customer.

With a click after purchase, your customer will be able to choose to receive their order slip information directly on their WhatsApp number previously filled in at checkout.


With this, will be possible to increase the conversion issued, maintaining automatic contact with your customers.

After completing the purchase, if your customer clicks the Continue shopping button on the thank you page, by default he will be taken to your CartX store.

If you are only using CartX checkout, you will probably want your customer to go to the Shopify online store.


In that case, just go to Admin> Checkout, search for Thank you page, and finally change the URL to the one you want. For example, it can be your Shopify store homepage, or the collections page, and so on:

ATTENTION: The URL must be complete, also containing the https. Otherwise, it will not work correctly.


Hide Payment Slip option


CartX offers a feature that can contribute to a significant increase in **credit card **orders and, consequently, a **reduction in the number of slips **generated.


This way, when your customer arrives at the payment method field, if he chooses a boleto bancário, he will need to click on Change payment method, as in the image below.
