To begin, enter the email address you used to make your purchase. This is essential for verifying your transaction and initiating the refund process.

Step 2: Authenticate Your Request

After entering your email, you will receive an authentication code in your inbox. Please enter this code in the designated field to proceed with your refund request securely.

Step 3: Select the Product for Refund

Once authenticated, access the product you wish to refund. Navigate to the "Request Refund" section and choose the option that best describes your situation.

Step 4: Submit Your Request

After selecting the appropriate refund reason, click "Submit." Your request will be processed, and you will receive a confirmation message indicating that your refund has been successfully initiated.

Add your own domain to CartPanda

|| It is essential to reinforce that it is NOT allowed to use a subdomain that can be understood that it belongs to another company, other than yours. For example: amazon.yourstore.com.br, facebook.yourstore.com.br and etc. This type of domain will be instantly blocked without the right to contest.

To use your own domain you need to add two records in your DNS host settings:

== Record 1 Type: A Host: @ Value: 3.130.228.150

== Record 2 Type: CNAME Host: www Value: shops.oncartx.io

Let's say that the name of your site is Clothes For Cats, you can point to different types of domains, such as: catsclothes.com; www.catsclothes.com, or store.catsclothes.com.br. Each method has a slightly different mode.

Although our guide is based on Cloudflare images, these instructions are valid for virtually all domain providers, such as Namecheap , Godaddy , Name , among others.

Important : If you use Hostinger as a provider, by default they create CAA records in your domain settings that end up generating conflict with our integration.

You must enter the Hostinger platform and remove all CAA records.

Once removed, 2 new ones need to be created: name: @ content: 0 issue "sectigo.com" name: @ content: 0 issuewild "sectigo.com"

Is there any chance your app is blocked by Shopify?

Currently our instalation process requires each user to create their own private app inside their store, which is fine by Shopify's rules and shouldn't cause any issue.

I already have a domain on Shopify, how do I set it up on my CartX checkout?

You can't have the same domain for Shopify and CartX at the same time. However, it's possible to create a subdomain and use it on CartX.
